Great progress
Hey, I have been a bit critical of your physique in the past. I always kind of thought you looked a bit sickly--muscular but malnourished if that makes any sense. Now I really think you are hitting your stride--i think you a filling out really well. Keep up the good work and do you ever answer your PM's? Peace

Yeah, well you were right to be critical of my physique in the past, i was very thin and flat, but i did look a bit muscular, im putting that down to age and lack of muscle maturity, i seem to be a very slow developer...
It seems to be going pretty well now though, and i seem to be gaining mass alot easier, i dont have to eat 7000calories to gain mass anymore and i am able to eat more good quality foods. Right now i know i lack thickness, so from the side i may look a bit malnourished as you say, still, but i am working on it, and i seem to be getting wider from the front too! Hopefully thickness will come as i get older.
Thanks for the comments guys, and who is paul mccartny? lol

i have a hard time believing that your quads are 26". B/c I am way bigger than you and mine are 26 inches.(judging by your upper body unless you look that freaky) Not to call you a liar or anything like that but you might measure them wrong. measure 4 inches down from where your azz and thigh meet. And overall very nice body, just work on the things that you know you need to work on and bulk up. Good luck to you.
I dont even know why i come on this forum?

Dang man, your one ripped mofo, if you add a tan to that you'll have the perfect beach body.
And about the acne, go to a dermatologist and get him to prescribe you an antibiotic like doxycyline, thats what he gave me a month ago and it cleared up all body acne and most of my face. Don't count on the tanning beds to clear it up. Good luck, looking great!Olympic and power lifts are the way to real strength.
