Hey guys, im just starting my new cutting diet and im doing good so far. I have no plans on competing or anything like that. Im a college kid that just needs to shed some lbs. Would you guys say yes or no for a cheat day. One day to eat what ever you want. I dont mean pig out on pizza all day. Maybe like 1 meal or something. Yes or No
