Haven't put these up for a while so I figured what the hell.
8-27-2005 I was 183lbs. for my wedding.
1-2-2006 I was up to 220lbs. fat strong and happy.
I am currently re-introducing cardio into the mix and starting to keep an eye on my diet. Not trying to "cut" just drop a few pounds while maintaining my strength. So far so good. I don't do reps under 10 any more... mostly, and I pulled 505 for 10 a week ago. I'll go back to heavy triples and such in the fall again.
Questions and comments welcome... go ahead rip me apart.
PS- I know, no leg shots. Yes I train them, one of my favorite bodyparts... I just don't drop my drawers all that often in front of cameras.

Definitely do it bro. You gotta do it at least once, come on! I'm sure you'd love the experience; Everyone who does it always go on about the thrill and the rush and just keep on coming back.
What I would do is follow a slow/recomposition diet so you can keep all that hard-earned muscle mass. It doesn't look as if it'd take you long to shred down actually; Your body fat percentage is actually not that high in my opinion!
Can you shoot some more bodybuilding poses?
For easier access to that front double bi pic, I attached it

I'm 5'8"
I actually already came down a few % and I'm not all that strict yet. I would like to get into some twice a day cardio but my schedule is pretty wacky (working around clients' schedules). I'm getting my hour in about 4x per week first thing in the morning.
5am first client
6ish hour of cardio
8ish - 11ish more clients
somewhere between 11 and 3 training
3ish - 7ish more clients
9:30 ish bed
Tough to squeeze in that extra hour. Usually can't do it on Mon and Wed morning (few more clients) and I don't hit it on Sat (day after legs).
We'll c how it goes. May put up more pics. If I do they will be posted on this thread. Thanks for the compliments!!

So I didn't want to start a new thread but I found some older pics of just prior to my wedding in Aug of 05. I thought this was one of the better ones so here it is. I was probably about 185 or so. I got motivated after I went to a show this weekend.
PS - The first link in this thread is no longer available, so I'll post some other pics here later.

So every once in a while I said I'd put up a vid or pic. So here is a vid
535 x 4
A little info: I haven'y really been doing deads or squats since Nov-06 because I was running a lot for a new job (which I didn't get). So this is my re-entry back into heavy training. Enjoy. After this set I went down to 445 for 12 reps.

Just took this one today after back training.
I know the lighting is not great but you get the idea.
Lots of work to be done... I know.

605 pull from today:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Ua0DSbl0m0
Like the angle of that vid and the black and white. Reminds me of the Animal ads... except I'm smaller
T-bar rows from today as well:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mRnQL7lwzvo
Just a vid you don't see often. After this set I went down to 5 plates and got a strict set of 15 reps. I just wanted to feel some weight on this one.
Enjoy!

Thanks bro!
No secret I know of.
I like to deadlift and I'm pretty strong at rowing. Not so strong with pulldowns or chins. Almost every back workout I do is different from the last one but I do have a great "mind muscle link" with back. I always feel it working. That and I'm VERY consistant. I hope I can be that way with my new diet
