Ok soo far this is my work out plan for getting huge like ronnie coleman,
i need tips, im 16 and im super skinny, and ive always been the litle kid, i wana get huge but need help
This is my plan:
Monday 6am-7am: isolate my chest muscles
Monday 6pm-7pm: isolate all my Back muscles
Tuesday 6am-7am: isolate arms (biceps triceps sholders)
Tuesday 6pm-7pm: Abbs and cardio
Wednesday 6am-7am: Legs!! (squats leg press etc...)
wednesdat nite: PLAY BASKETBALL!!!
Thursday: same as monday
Friday rest
saturday rest
sunday rest

personally i don't like doing in the morning especially not that early, but if you do go ahead, just make sure you eat before it because if you don't the energy you use to exercise will come from burning your muscles.
and
elaborate on the plan cause you won't be able to get much from that..
like put
military press 3 sets 10 reps
idk something like thatbulk progress
Day 1 - Dec 17, 07 - 130 lb.
month 1 - jan 17, 08 - 133.4 lb.
month 2 - feb 17, 08 - 137 lb
month 3 - mar 17, 08 - 139.2 lb
goal
150 lb.
