    Combining Androstenedione & ECA stack

Is there a counterproductive action in using an ECA (Adipokinetix) while using an Androstenedione (Nor-diol (19-Nor-4-androsten-3,17-diol)?

I can't answer that real scientific like BC and them, but I use eca before workout whether bulking or cutting.

well besides the fact that andro dione sucks no, it's a great idea, the andro (well better andros anyway) will help you retain lean mass. I suggest you maybe switch to andro diol or nor andro diol if possible.

I think the Nors make you retain water and the ECA will make you shed water so the combo would not be ideal.

I would opt for either Megabol X, 1AD, or 4AD and Adipo. Which would be a cutting cycle where you would need a sound maintanece diet high in protien.

    but thats just me

Manteca...you got me confused when you say andro dione sucks. I am using Nor-diol (19-Nor-4-androsten-3,17-diol).

Nor-Diol converts to Nandralone aka Deca.

If you go with an ECA make sure you drink plenty of water, which you should be doing anyway.

I think it's because you confused him to start off with. The title of your post reads "Androstenedione" while in the body you refer to using Nor-diol. They are completely different compounds. Someone alread mentioned the fact that nor's make you retain water which is why using it with an ECA stack would be less than ideal. If you want to go on a prohormone cycle while cutting then use something more like 1ad.
