Personally, I prefer to throw away the shells... too hard on the teeth!

Most of the time I'll go 1/2-1/2... one whole for each white-only...
separating them is more difficult when cold but not impossible.

Eggs are one of the best bb foods there is ( much concern about its cholestrol controversy though ).

I guess if we did a little extra cardio eating egg yolks could have their benefits.

I think it all boils down to two things. Moderation and knowing how your body handles the cholesterol. I personally eat one whole egg per day along with one cup of liquid egg whites from a jar. I've been looking at the omega 3 eggs also but haven't jumped ship yet.

    Oh Yeah!

    A Ronnie Coleman breakfast

Eggs and Grits w/Cheese - so if you leave off the cheese you get NO cholesterol.

and are energized for your workout LOL

I cook up a little Turkey or CHicken Saugsage alongside the Egg WHites and after the saugsages starts sizzleing abit I had a little mild or medium fresh salsa the mix.

Then I pour the saugsage/salsa mix over my cooked egg whites. It's very flavorful and you don't get the carbs or cholesterol.

I chase it with water or an organic blueberry juice.

If its of any help, not eating egg yolks makes Dick Cheney cry.
"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda
