lol, no its harder to lift more. i am mostly PLr with some BB mixed in. i alternate cycles of BB/PL training.

side note: great point! most guys would kill to be tall. I'm 5'11 - 225lbs and wouldnt mind being a little taller. A friend of mine is 5'6 220lbs and is muscular and alot shredded than me, however I would rather have my physique than have his at his height...go figure.

musclebound, you neglect your shoulders so much it's not even funny. Other than that you have the weight that I'm trying to get to. nice size on the arms and chest and traps. just start hitting the military presses like crazy and side lateral raises.
