N.O. products are good if you get the right ones. I never had any success with Nitrix, MRI's NO2, or N.O. Explode. But White Flood, Animal Pump, SP250, N.O. Shotgun are very good N.O. products.

i think its one of the more underated products. everyone seems to be on the NO-xplode, sp250 kick, they forget about ST. IMO a better value for a better product.

i must admit Superpump250 gave me the Superdumps after every workout, but i still stuck with it and i gained 11lbs. in 6 weeks with a bad diet and no other supplements involved. SP250 has been reformulated and after i finish White Flood i will go back to it because i'm a hardgainer and i know it works.

White blood on its own maybe, but stacked with Green Bulge, its a hole different ball park and then add glycergrow its a hole new ball game

Personally, I have gotten better results from fat burners like Lipo 6 and Scorch. I am presently on an EC stack and the results are similar. I don't get the mind blowing rush that NO products claim but I definitely do not run out of gas. I have used NO Shotgun and Storm - to a lesser expected degree- and both claim to get you fired up. Got nothing in that way from either but I do like Storm as a creatine.

were you taking the recommended number of pills with white blood. i've heard some good things about it?

It only works for me when I had enough carbs and protein intake that day and I take it with creatine. Creatine also does nothing for me without NO and food. I need all four and its a killer workout.

eh it was cool at first. if im not mistaken, you take it 30min preworkout on an empty stomach? i never had a good workout with that combination lol. I just had a werid medicine taste the whole time and the pumps werent good.

not necessary on the empty stomache, that could be why you had a bad taste. as for the pumps not good, the formula is better than most of the stuff out there and is no bs the only stuff that gives me a consistant pump.
