currently im 200 pounds 5"9 and 18 years old. Right now im cutting trying to drop down another 20-25 pounds of fat. I used to be 265. Now my main goal (for now) is to be able to show somewhat of defention on my abs, not nessecerally a six pack but as close as i can to it by the summer.
Now I have 3 questions,
1) Would it be a good idea for me to take creatine while cutting (i want to start taking it)
2) more or less what do you think my BF % is.
3) what should my BF be to show some- what of a six pack

hmm..not a body fat expert..
congrats on your weight loss. unfortunately, it doesnt look like you have much muscle mass as you've cut. that being said..you should probably start to eat some more proteins, and work on your nutrition aspect..as well as change up your work out routine. in order for you to see a 6 pack the way your going..your going to need to lose alot more body fat..and then you will be extremely skinny. your best bet would be to start compound movements, like dumbell presses, dead lifts, pullups, shoulder presses, etc to get some muscle mass. read over the nutrition forum.., i wouldnt suggest you doing a bulk per se, but eat maybe 4-5 clean meals a day, throw in some fish, chicken, eggs, whole wheats, etc..and lift some heavier weights, and not only will you lose more body fat..but all your muscles, including your abs, will start to pop out.
seeing as you've had the determination to lose 65 pounds already..it shouldn't be hard for you get what you want.

No
Don't take creatine while cutting. Creatine will cause your muscles to retain water, which isn't what you want went cutting down. You will loose a bit of muscle mass while cutting, unless you use something to prevent your body from going into a catabolic state. For example, Clenbuterol.

OCBeta

There is nothing wrong with taking creatine while cutting unless you want to get rid of water for competition. In fact if you are cutting by doing a diet such as Keto or Carb Cycling creatine will help you providing water and power to your muscles during workouts. Muscle loss is also avoidable...in fact you may even gain muscle while cutting if you do EVERYTHING right. You just have to know what you are doing and stick to it...that's where discipline comes into play.

Like I said before...creatine will neither help you lose nor gain weight. I say use it.

all of the below is my opinion, and my opinion only.
1) yes take creatine. I would recommend taking CEE instead of Mono though. Personally, I have less "bloat" from CEE than Mono, and I know others who say the same. IMO, that makes it better for cutting than Mono is.
2) I think your BF% is probably 18-20%. However, the pictures may be misleading because you have lost so much weight recently. You may have a lot of extra skin (which can make you look fatter than you are), so the pics may be misleading, and your BF may be lower.
3) I know several people that can see their abs well at as high as 12-13% BF. Me personally, I have to get below 10 to see them. You may also have to get very low, due to the possibility of extra skin like mentioned above.
I agree with a previous poster that you probably want to gain a little muscle mass, or at least gain some more muscle tone. The basic thing to do is just stick with it. If you have the determination required to lose all that weight, then reaching your physique goals should not be a problem for you at all. If it helps you stay encouraged, set a goal, and keep a log until you reach that goal. We are all (well most of us :P) here to support each other. Good luck bro!!!

The people above answered every question you had asked, beside (3).
In order to get a six, four, two or one (i dont know :P) your first needing a low bodyfat, its largley debatable because it varies from person to person but about 10%-13% and of course, below.19, 79 kgs, 5'11
Bench: 92
Deadlift: 132
Squat: 69
