    Chest workout

    Am I Over training my aim is to have growth on hole chest.

    my warm up
    chest press machine 90lbs 15reps
    150lbs 10 reps
    210lbs 6 reps
    270lbs 1 rep

    then chest machine flies
    3 sets of 10 2,4,6

    then i start my workout with 3-4 sets of bench press 5-10 reps then go into smith incline chest press 3-4 sets 5-10 reps

    then cable flies into dumbell press in dumbell flies do 3 sets of this then do standing cable cross over

    I am over training the chest if so could you recommend workout thanks
    Bench = 198lbs
    Squat = 298lbs
    DeadLStiff = 350lbs
    Legs Press = 710lbs

    You dont need to warm up on the machines. You just need to regualte a warmup into your free-weight exercises. Use a pyramid principle to up the weights with each set or just do a warm-up set or 2 with lighter weights. I didnt understand your 2nd last line but other than that its alright- i would use a barbell or dbs for incline though instead of the smith.

    Sorry am from England , What I do Is Incline Cable Flies 10 reps then go into Incline Dumbell press 5 reps and Incline Dumbell Flies 10 reps.
    Bench = 198lbs
    Squat = 298lbs
    DeadLStiff = 350lbs
    Legs Press = 710lbs
