4:30 1.5 scoops whey protein, .5c oats, 8 oz skim, 1 banana
6:30 1 turkey burgers, 1 slice ff cheese, 1c gb, (if hungry, salad)
8:30 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 tbsp nat pb
10:00 3 fish oil tablets.

Well last night i didn't have time to prepare any food for today, my car had a rough nite and i needed it running for today. Anyways, my diet today has been less then stellar
7:30 1.5 scoop whey protein, 8 oz skim milk
9:30 1 blueberry bagel, pb
12:00 6" turkey & ham sub from subway
2:30 powerbar heart harvest or some crap
4:30 going to be 2 scoop whey, 8 oz milk
7:00 2 turkey burgers, 1c gb
