    Day #1

    6:45 2scoops whey, .5 c oats, 8oz skim milk

    9:30 protein pudding (oats, ff sf chocolate pudding, protein powder, nat pb)

    11:30 2 chx breast, 1c green beans

    2:30 protein pudding (oats, ff sf chocolate pudding, protein powder, nat pb) 1 banana

    3:00-4:00 wo

    4:30 1.5 scoops whey protein, .5c oats, 8 oz skim, 1 banana

    6:30 1 turkey burgers, 1 slice ff cheese, 1c gb, (if hungry, salad)

    8:30 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 tbsp nat pb

    10:00 3 fish oil tablets.

    This will be the diet i try to stick to, I have alternated the days so hopefully I do not get sick of anything. I intend to update this at least every day during the work week, i do not have internet at home right now. I will post my workout as i do them, my schedule goes as follows

    Well last night i didn't have time to prepare any food for today, my car had a rough nite and i needed it running for today. Anyways, my diet today has been less then stellar

    7:30 1.5 scoop whey protein, 8 oz skim milk
    9:30 1 blueberry bagel, pb
    12:00 6" turkey & ham sub from subway
    2:30 powerbar heart harvest or some crap
    4:30 going to be 2 scoop whey, 8 oz milk
    7:00 2 turkey burgers, 1c gb

    5:00-5:30 30 min ellyptical

    Goodluck with your plan!! Try and eat right for the first week without cheating and the rest is history! You will not be hungry for the other bad foods you were used to eating and the healthy stuff you are eating will just become natural. Make time to eat right.
