This will be my first log. I will be running iforce's bold 200 and rpns havoc
dosage will be as follows
week1- bold 800mg
week2- bold 800mg
week3- bold 800mg havoc 30mg
week4- bold 800mg havoc 30mg
week5- bold 800mg havoc 30mg
week6- bold 800mg havoc 30mg
week8- bold 800mg (tentative)
week8- bold 800mg (tentative)
week9- nolva 40
week10- nolva 20
week11- nolva 20
week12- nolva 20
diet will not be the same every day, but i do estimate calories and im shooting for somewhere between 4500 to 5500 calories per day (matinence is around 3500) i wanna try to get to about 225 here before i start my cut after pct for when i go to hawaii for two weeks over the summer.

Mostly cus its my first time with bold and i wanted to feel it out. Plus I feel like the less time I spend shut down the better. I'm more then 2 weeks in and I feel great, no problems at all. I feel slightly pumped all of the time, a little stronger, a little more aggressive, no weight gain (or fat loss that i can see) so im hoping for more over the next weeks...I will prob add epi in like 2 weeks unless thing really turn around.
