All my pants are too big, they were all 42's and now i need to wear 38's. I look like a thug wannabe and everyone thinks i'm a drug dealer. Not so cool anymore though when every day your being asked where the weed at.
Yeah bone structure is very important. I have a wide bone structure so i dont expect 32 inch waist when I drop the last 15-20 pounds.6'2 190 pounds
Hit 180 and then bulk, bulk. bulk!

How about someone who is below 10% bodyfat what should there waist size be approx between? I know it varies depending how muscular the person is. Lets say someone who isn't like Jay cutler. What would the waist size be between a runner and for some medium weight bodybuilder (below 200pounds) be approx?
