Incorporate a few slower digesting proteins throughout the middle of your day
e.g if you sleep at 10pm and your last meal was at 8pm eat slow digesting proteins and at 6pm or 5:30pm however u fancy ur previous meal incorporate SOME COMPLEX carbs such as 10-15grams of oats soaked in water topped with some splenda. It should satisfy you, and if it's just a mind thing. just think of all the progress you've made and how 1 small meal could ruin a whole days work
