I don't know if this is a dumb question, I know that creatine will make you gain a bit of waterweight, but weight doesn't matter to me, just the bodyfat %.

Definitely get the plain Creatine Monohydrate. Don't get any of that other **** with added sugars and chemicals. You can mix it with water. Doesn't really taste like anything, but it doesn't really dissolve either. I just take a spoonful and chase it with water.
