I don't know if this is a dumb question, I know that creatine will make you gain a bit of waterweight, but weight doesn't matter to me, just the bodyfat %.

waterweight can diminish the definition of muscle, but once you cycle off creatine, water weight sheds and BOOM, muscle everywhere.Still workin'

No. Excess calories interfere with fat loss! I use creatine when cutting, helps with strength and recovery in a depleted state

Definitely get the plain Creatine Monohydrate. Don't get any of that other **** with added sugars and chemicals. You can mix it with water. Doesn't really taste like anything, but it doesn't really dissolve either. I just take a spoonful and chase it with water.

Yeh GNC is like the only store around here I know of, theres this one hidden somewhere downtown but I'd have to find it...
How much are the capsules :| thats sounds expensive.

just get powder, much cheaper.. although my experience with GNC creatine mono is it's very grainy and hard to dissolve... this was like 2 years ago. So be prepared to down some sand.Originally Posted by pyrnight

I couldnt bare the powder, tastes like gritty water, I just hated it for some reason. The capsules are more convenient for me, take them after every class.
