I would go with fish oil and green tea as being safe, natural and cost effective. In my opinion xenedrine and hydroxycut for example are a total waste of money. I think if someone is motivated enough to buy those products I think they have enough about them to eat clean and do cardio

my brother did comment on my fat loss, they only thing I can put it down to is fish oils, I still eat plenty and drink lots of guinness so.....it can only be that. Or maybe the deadlifts I do have boosted the metabolism
