guys lately everyone was telling me to wear suppoters and stuff.. they said "you are going to gym and you need to weare some kind of testical supporter" is it true i just jack up my Gym sute and a tank as well as a underwear to gym nothing else. ty in advance bro i dont know, any help will be apprecreated.

i usually wear compression shorts on leg days...upper body days i only wear boxer briefs. if im running a jock or compressions...there really is no need to wear an athletic supporter when going to the gym tho, just wear what is comfortable.
