what i would like to know is, how in the hell do you get that ripped and still have a gut. i have a gut, but im 16-17% bf. if my body was ever as ripped as a pro around comp time, i cannot see how i would have any belly at all.

Cutler had a big gut this year,yet wasnt penalized,neither was badell,how was the new rules applied?

Ruhl looked like he was 3 weeks out thats why he placed so much worse this year. I felt just the threat of the gut rule made a pretty big impact...Most of the guys toned there guts down a lot. Hopefully they start getting more strict with each show over the next year or 2.

Yeah it is mostly the drugs but it does have a bit to do with the carbing up process,I know when Im all leaned out and If I pig out a bit on carbs I get pretty bloated in the midsection. Ive never seen Jays as bad as in that pic though..damn.

Negating the gutt for a moment, Ronnie has a much better stage presence then Jay. I think Jay Needs to relax his facial expressions. I never noticed how strained and stressed he looked till going through that picture set.
