Diet: 530am cardio for 45min,abs,and lower back. quarter grapefruit,ephedra, and black cofee.
630am isolate shake with water
730am 8 egg whites and 1/2 cup oats, tbsp flax oil
10am 1.5 chicken breasts and 1/4 sweet potatoe, brocolli, cucumber
1230pm same as 10am
3pm same as 10am
4pm isolate shake with water
530pm same as 10am
630pm training
800pm 20min cardio, isolate shake with water
9pm 8 egg whites, cucumber
Training:
day 1 chest and tri's
day 2 legs
day 3 back and bi's
day 4 shoulders
day 5 repeat
calves trained eod
cycle:
250mg test enathte ed, from week 12 to 7
100mg test prop eod, stop at week 4
100mg tren eod, start week 7
100mg winny eod, start week7
100mg eq eod, start week7
20mg novadex ed, start week 7
here is my schedule for training and diet, please let me know what you think, protein is around 370g, carbs at 75g, and sodioum is 1000mg a day. drinking no less than 6 litres h20 daily.

Ah, okay, gonna take a look and see what your workin with lol. Good look with the dieting and cycle though, keep us posted.
I am currently dieting down for a comp myself, I am using 45/ 35/ 20 protien carbs fat ratios. Would you mind posting yours up and do you have any tips?

that's the diet i am using now and i have been for weeks 6-3. as for a ratio 'm not really sure but my protein is 375g carbs are 70g and fat is really low. i would like to give you some tips but i need to know how far away from the show you are, your stats, and what your doing now. i dropped my sodium from 3000mg to 1000mg yesterday and noticed a huge difference in the water i was holding in my abs and lower back in less than 24 hours.
