no, seriously, i'd be in heaven.
i'd eat myself to death.
if they could just find a way to grow it on trees, it'd be all natural, so no one could complain about it.
if they could infuse it with gobs of protein, it'd be science's most perfect food.

TOTAL also makes a protein crunch. if you google it, i'm sure you'll be able to find something.
it's pretty good, but nothing on CTC!You're going to get criticized no matter what you do, especially if you're trying to achieve something and rise above the flock. Do it anyway. Negative criticism from others is often a sign that you're on your way up in the world.

I love Kashi Go Lean, but my favorites are actually anything from Food for Life's Ezekiel line. (Same good stuff as the bread).

Plain Shredded wheat.
Weight watchers puffed wheat (0 sugar,5g fiber, good stuff)
Rasin Bran is OK once and a while, good fiber in that and semi-low sugar.
Fiber One Honey Clusters (asking for gut rumbles if you eat it LOL).
Wheat Chex
Oats are still king though, but one cannot always eat oats.
Alot of the normal ones loaded with sugar are being made with splenda now too,(ctc, fruity pebbles..etc)

I love post shredded wheat with splenda on top. It doesn't replace the tastiness of frosted miniwheats but it does a damn good job trying I also enjoy grapenuts. Now if we are talking sugary cereals, frosted miniwheats or life are the bomb

Who cares how much protein that crap has in it, the kashi stuff is soy, just have oats and WHEY. The linked cereal has so much crap in it... if you want good tasting things and dont care about their value there is plenty in the cheat thread for you to look at. You can have stuff like wheat germ, wheat bran, oats in your milk with some choc whey or something make for a far better breakfast than cerealll. Dominicks brand shredded wheat is good too, only ingredient is shredded wheat and its CHEAP
