    critique my cutting diet

    height-6'1.5
    weight-270
    bf-about 20%

    i am plannig on doing a 3 day carb cycling diet then may switch to UD2 once i get to about 12%. i will be droping carbs form 300 to 150 to 50 then recarb back to 300 and start over. on non-workout days i will substitute my workout meals with 8 oz chicken or steak. am currently taking e/c stack, cee, nitrocharge, multi, fishoil, NOxident. doing 40-60 min cardio 5 days a week. following normal workout schedule but have been limited past few weeks cause of shoulder injury. i think my calories may be high but i want to perserve as much muscle as possible

    meal #1
    2 eggs
    1 cup egg whites
    1 scoop whey
    1 cup cherrios
    1 banana

    meal #2
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1scoop whey
    1 serving xtend

    meal #3
    6 oz chicken breast
    1 cup string beans
    2 packs instant oats

    meal #4
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 cup milk
    1.5 cup cherrios

    meal#5
    pre-workout
    1 scoop whey
    1 se4rving xtend

    meal#6
    during workout
    1 scoop whey
    1 serving xtend

    meal #7
    post workout
    1 scoop whey
    1 serving xtend
    1 cup cherrios
    2 cups milk

    meal #8
    6 oz chicken breast
    1 cup string beans
    2 packs instant oats

    meal #9 before bed
    2 scoops caesin

    totals- 387 grams protein-300 carbs-54 fat- 3400 calories

    forgive me for asking but arent you supposed to drop your calories maybe 200-300 per day in the 2200-2700 depending on your height to weight ratio with more than the usual 1 gram per pound of protein per body weight when cutting? not to mention do cardio but not as much as what you had suggested??

    looks like a good starting point, but as someone mentioned you are most likely going to have to drop calories...give the diet 2-3 weeks and see what happens
