If your looking for healthy bulking food go to Teryaki Experience - they cook with water, not oil so its pretty health, and you get RICE! But if your going to subway (personally my favorite fast food) Get a foot long over roasted chicken breast.

The 6" Turkey Breast is probably the best option if you were to use WW bread and load up on the veggies. Good protein, carbs, and pretty low in fat considering the options.

It's sliced meat.. Its amazingly high in sodium, and other chemical perservatives. But If he's bulking he wants more than a 6". 6" Are what I eat when I cut.

from looking at this, chicken breast looks the healthiest, best for cutting and bulking... less salt, saturated fat and trans fat, but lots of protein and carbs

Don't listen to anyone who disagrees with me on this, if your goal is bulking subway is the perfect thing for you it has the perfect balance of protein carbs and fats. Theres a ton of people on this board to don't understand that you need fats to gain mass, eating fast food a few times a week will help much more than it hurts, and subways is EXTREMELY clean for fast foods.

It's kind of like saying somebody takes BARELY any drugs for a druggie.

But in all seriousness, yeah of course you need the occassional fast food Subway.
Not only is it good for moral, it tastes dammmmmmmn good and has a bunch of calories and protein.
