here are some recent pics of mine..can u guys guess my body fat?? or is that possible...i have only been liftin for a little over 3 months and have had great gains, but id really like to know what my BF% is.

I dont think hes as high as 15. 15 to 17 is pretty fat he looks fairly skinny. Granted its a little hard to tell because his arms are in front of his stomach but id say like 12 to 14%.

12??? there is no way...most people guess there own body fat too low. At 12 or 14 you would be able to see a bit more muscle. He is still very smooth at this point.Originally posted by thewrestler14

actually you';re right on that one. I forgot that its bf% not actual amount of fat. Because he has not that much muscle (no offense) his bf% is prolly higher.Originally posted by FATHER FLEX

True...your bf stay lower regardless when you have a good amount of muscle. It will always help dwarf(because of the high bf to muscle ratio) the amount of bf you have even if you look a bit smooth.Originally posted by thewrestler14

yea the reason i said 12% was i have 11 1/2% (tested with calipers by a doc) and he looks like he has a similar amount of fat as me but i weigh 180 and he looks a lot lighter.Originally posted by FATHER FLEX
