    Should I.....?

    If i miss a meal ( I know, a BB sin) should i eat double the cals at the next meal so that i dont miss any? What do u guys do if you miss a meal?

    well you do need to compensate for the lack of carbs/protein. Its not optimal but yes, you should eat more

    With a job (or school) and a social life it can be hard to spread your meals out, so yeah sometimes you'll have to make it up

    just pack food and bring it with you. For work I would bring a huge lunch box like construction workers have and i'd have 3 meals in there. For school i throw meals in my backpack to eat between or during class if i need too.
