    Over-under grip and deadlifting

I was deadlifting yesterday and I just realized something. When doing an over-under grip while deadlifting, isn't one forearm getting more work than the other beacuase I do 3 sets. My right forearm gets 2 sets while my left only gets 1? How do you guys work with this?

I would say do an even number of sets, try 4 sets. That way it is 2 sets each...

Yeah probably do that... I use to not switch grips, feels a little wierd at first but after a while you get use to it... But it is smart to switch the grips because it does work your forearms and you dont want them uneven do you???
