Has anyone tried these? What is your opinion on them? I'd like to add a variation to my chest workout, and these simulate the action of a dumbbell press (if you rotate your hands on the way up and down, as I do). I normally stay away from gimmicky stuff, but this actually looks like a good idea, and I wouldn't mind doing more bodyweight exercises. They've been getting good reviews from the Average Joes, so I thought I'd ask the bodybuilding community. Thanks.
