about 15 min after taking NO xplode i have extreme focus/energy and cant wait to start lifting, all my lifts went up while taking it i reccomend it altho it is on the expensive side
Just graduated Physical Therapy school and started working in an Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic
Next on the goal list is to get Strength and Conditioning Certified

When taking NO make sure u take in lots of carbs. IT won't work as well on a low carb diet.(kind of like creatine with dextrose) I get my NO tommorw except i got the hook up so its no expesnsive to me.
Edit* delete this thread your self its not worthy of "advanced"I reached my goal of 180... so where to now I don't know maybe 190 maybe 170. I think 190

First time it worked wonders! Huge pump in the arms and saw lots of new veins etc.
I used no2 while cutting, and wow it did NOTHING! So yea, it works if your taking in at least calories for maintenance. ^^^haha, yea, i hate it when people take no2 during there "cutters" becuz they think that its somehow gonna add more LBM to them,
i took no-xplode back when it first came out, back then, i was just bulking continously. i didnt notice any size gains, but strength gains were good, along with mental focus and energy.
i used 3 scoops pre workout, thats it, no other servings throughout the day.
i know that isnt what the lable directs, BUT, when it comes to my supps, and training, and diet, i kinda play things out by how i feel.
3scoops was enough for me pre workout, heck, it was plenty, so i felt fine just taking it pre workout, i mean, to me, thats all its intended to do, give you good focus/energy.
