If you could only do ONE excercise for each muscle, what would you do?
Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it was once like in the United States where men were free.

Back- Bent Over Barbell Rows
Chest- Incline Dumbell Press
Delts- Dumbell Shoulder Press
Biceps- Straight Barbell Curls
Triceps- Close Grip Bench Press
Forearms- Behind Back Forearm Curls w/ Barbell
Abs- Hanging Leg Raises or Cable Curls
Hamstrings- SLDL
Quads- ATG Squats
Calves- Seated Calf Raises or 45* Calf Press Machine

hmmmm. i'll start from the top and work down.
Traps - Deadlifts
Shoulders - Military Press
Biceps - Weighted Chinups
Triceps - Weighted Dips
Chest - Weighted Dips
Back Thickness - Deadlift
Back Width - Wide Grip Pullups
*if i can only have one for back it'd be deadlift probably
Abs - Overhead Squats
Glutes - Squats
Hamstrings - Deadlift
Quads - Squats
Calves - Standing calf raises.
stick to the basics and keep it compound

shoulders - db overhead press
biceps - weighted chins
forearms - farmers walk
chest - db bench press
lower back - deadlift
upper back - bent rows
quads - squats
hamstrings - lunges
calfs - seated calf raises
triceps - weighted dips
abs - either weighted roman sit ups or weighted leg lifts. not sure.hail murder. **** you.
