Easy steps to having Brad Pit shoulders:

1) stalk Mr. Pit so you know when he might be alone
2) corner Mr. Pit sometime when he is alone and without people nearby
3) kill or knock out Mr. Pit (if you need more help with this see my supplemental ebook, "How to kill/knock out a celebrity."
4) Cut Mr. Pit's shoulders from his body. I suggest using a hack saw although it doesn't make very nice cuts but a scalpel would likely take too long. You do not want to get caught in the act on this one.

There you go, a pair of Brad Pit shoulders of your own.

Just lift until you get that size and then cut until you get that BF%.

My favorites for shoulders are BB OH press, DB OH Press, and side laterals.
