    Fat loss supplement?

    Im 18 and im lookin for a weight loss supplement to help me cut faster for summer. I already know all the stuff about eating right and exercise, just lookin to speed it up. Whats the best supplement? I dont want any thermogenic or whatever their called that heat your body up, because i sweat a lot anyway and i dont wanna be soaked at school. Thanks everyone.

    I heard sesathin is awesome for helping to lose body fat. I don't know much stuff that isn't a thermogenic that works.

    hey man, it sounds dumb but at 18, you can prolly go w/o the thermo's and still see good results.

    If you want good thermo's E/C/A works well. Just buy the ephedrine/caffeine/asprin seperately, and take it.

    Also i know EAS has a good thermo out now, i'm not sure of the name, but some people are liking it.

    Overally, no "thermo" will do too much for you unless you are eating right and training hard.

    Remember these are "supplements" they supplement your diet, and they should not replace it!

    Hey! I hate repeating this, but remember that diet and cardio is KEY when cutting. NO supplement can restrict your calories and do the cardio for you. Considering you already have your diet and cardio down to a tee, some good fatloss supplements are as follows:

    -ECY
    -TIGHT!
    -Thermorexin
    -Lipo 6 EF

    As far as Sesathin is concerned, it's a staple in most diets. I take it when I bulk and when I cut. It's a great supplement that actually lives up to it's claims. It helps you a lot on those high carb/cheat days. Good luck!
