Im 18 and im lookin for a weight loss supplement to help me cut faster for summer. I already know all the stuff about eating right and exercise, just lookin to speed it up. Whats the best supplement? I dont want any thermogenic or whatever their called that heat your body up, because i sweat a lot anyway and i dont wanna be soaked at school. Thanks everyone.

nothing.. fat burners 'temporarily' speed up your metabolism and once you get off of them, you'll gain some of the fats back, so it's better just diet.. plus, you're only 18(high metabolism, etc)

almost all of the diet pills suck now cuz they had to take ephedra out.
