Go to his videos...Alot of the ones on evolution are on the last page...I think you can actually ask him questions also...
Yes he is Christian but he has like 30 videos talking about evolution and I cant organise them on here, I havent even seen them all...But look through his videos on the ones talking about evolution...He knows what he is talking about...I might try and organise some of them later but these are good videos...

The word "theory" in no way describes how truthful or possible something is. It is just a way of describing an idea. In science all theories, ie all ideas, have to be falsifiable and go through rigourous testing. Even after something is proven a thousand times over it is still often called a theory rather than a law because scientists want to leave things open to correction.
It is just that when most scientists are talking about theories they are referring to ones that have a large body of evidence behind them so they treat them as if they are fact, so it sounds like they are using the word theory in place of law or fact.

so the word theory is no longer theory when presented with facts? if so then why when people post facts they are still called conspiracy theorys? why do scientist all of sudden get a pass go and collect 200 for the word theory? sounds like double standard to me.
do you remember in school when the word theory meant a educated guess?
so if a christian quotes a scientist it is known as theory, but if a scientist were to say the same thing the christian posted it is known as theory (fact). double standard!

ok i can believe that.. but then why do evolutionist take everything scientist say as FACT and run with it, then call 911 truth movers tin foilers? you see my point, a theory to a detectice is just that a theory until he is presented with the facts., see my point? once presented with the facts (note the word facts) it should no longer be called a theory, but now a fact.
so all in all evolution is a theory, correct?

yes. the definition varies widely. scientists have proof this dude doesnt have proof. scientists look for TRUTH. Religious ppl look to confirm their beliefs.
1 A set of statements or principles devised to explain a group of facts or phenomena, especially one that has been repeatedly tested or is widely accepted and can be used to make predictions about natural phenomena.
2 The branch of a science or art consisting of its explanatory statements, accepted principles, and methods of analysis, as opposed to practice: a fine musician who had never studied theory.
3 A set of theorems that constitute a systematic view of a branch of mathematics.
4 Abstract reasoning; speculation: a decision based on experience rather than theory.
5 A belief or principle that guides action or assists comprehension or judgment: staked out the house on the theory that criminals usually return to the scene of the crime.
6 An assumption based on limited information or knowledge; a conjecture.

Evolution is a theory. One supported by mountains of evidence. One that has withstood 150 years of testing and criticism. Hence it should be taken as fact until new evidence presents itself.
Academia has a great system for keeping high standards. You are not anything, nor are your ideas anything, until you have withstood publishing all of your claims and evidence in a peer reviewed journal open to criticism and evaluation from your entire field and more. Evolution has done very well in peer review again and again and again.
9/11 conspirators on the other hand get shot down as soon as they start talking science.
There is a reason why biologists are rarely creationists and engineers are rarely 9/11 nuts.

christian scientist is an oxymoron, who am i going to trust the people who gave me airplanes, ovens, and cars or a guy who reads the bible
you know how people get their wisdom teeth pulled because their wisdom teeth ride up their mouth, this means at one time we had a bigger jaw that housed more teeth, EVOLUTION, are you gonna tell me my wisdom teeth are fake lolLast edited by skinnycalves; 08-11-2007 at 11:52 PM.

The ability for the scientific community to admit when it is wrong maybe? The fact that scientists draw conclusions from evidence instead of making up crack pot conclusions and then trying to manipulate evidence to support it, could that be it?
Case in point, the discovery just this last week that two ancient human ancestors lived at the same time rather than one being an evolved version of the other like previously thought. Instead of denying the new evidence and stubbornly sticking to dogma, the scientific community said "we were wrong about that aspect, here's what the new evidence suggests really happened".

correct which they then should have openly admitted all they knew about evolution was then wrong. back to the drawing board. instead they made more baseless claims as if they were there. scientist want to invent this false walk thru as if they were there and saw the whole thing, when in reality all the do is brainwash people with sensless material.
btw i am the one who posted that very thread on here!

scientists can admit if they are wrong, faith cannot
floods, fire, devestation, eternal suffering, stoning children for disobedience, put to death for eating pork (christians conveniently ignore this), spanish inquisition, salem witch trials
thats all besides the point, do you doubt the existence of wisdom teeth
and another product of science YOUR COMPUTER, all built on scientific principles, the electricity to power your computer probably from a nuclear powerplant that works off of radio active decay which says the earth IS NOT 6000 YEARS OLD (most christians here don't believe this is true, but it seems like you would),
wisdom teeth mofo
Alfro how old are you? if you do not mind me asking
i think one day you will become athiestLast edited by skinnycalves; 08-12-2007 at 12:13 AM.

lolololl....stfu
no science gave you wind, water, and solar power you imbecile, do you think god invented those wind fans that generate power
einstein (not god) - photoelectric effect (incase you don't know this light can interact with metals to release electrons as photons, when electrons flow, charge moves, when charge moves, power is generated)
furthermore the sun is one giant nuclear radiator

who created the wind, the sun the water that powers them? let me guess scientist...
you see you evolutionist see the molecules and atoms under the microscope, i see the person who created them and he is the same person who gave you the same eyes you see those atoms with. but i am sure it all happened by chance that you can see at all. and lucky for you your eyes are not stuck in your arm pits!
see design!

yep yep yep. it's a worldwide conspiracy where they sneak into your room at night and hammer them in without you knowing at all
