    Do you have to take the same amount of protein during the days your not working out?

    Do you guys take the same amount of protein during the days your not training and the days you are training?

    Umm, possibly more protein on off days because off days are for your body to repair.

    Are you talking about whey protein/shakes or protein in general?

    Whey protein shakes...cuz I would always take less whey on my off days but it makes more sense if you take it when your not training. Thanks

    Yeah, I always take less whey on off days. Some people may disagree. But, on off days I eat like a monster because I won't have to worry about being bloated in the gym.

    Workout day = 1 shake before. 1 shake after

    Off day = 1 shake

    I probably don't drink as much as most you guys.
