Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey Protein. It might not be as high quality as whey isolates, but it is still of realtively high quality and it is inexpensive. I think it gives you the most value for your money.

Optimum's Pro Complex.........and Prolab's whey isolate if you can find it, i think itwas discontinued

i'm in Melbourne and i've seen Optimum's Pro-Complex for $115:00 for 5lbs which is the cheapest i've seen here. 55g of protein isn't a bad serve either.

imho Nlarge2 is great! 52 g.of protein per serving.Thats what the biggest guys on this board use(including one of are mods BigVince)
Plus it taste very good.

HDT 5+1 is real good, as well as EAS Pure Whey. NLarge 2 is my favorite when it comes to bulking.
