    thanks guys...yea my bench is kinda weak..i dunno..im better at higher reps..like i can do 6x175. ill try another max as soon as i can. i can only do max when my friend comes with me cause i need a spotter. that probly explains my weak chest strength since i cant push myself as hard as possible. i should do more db presses i guess

    part of it is that I've always had a rather small mid section and rib cage..its my main weak point. plus im really light boned.

    as far as a diet goes..im just obsessed with the gym. ive read thousands of pages of information and i put together a routine..i have a work out binder with pages of workout journals, meal plans, progress reports..all that

    its just dedication and eating a crapload of good food. ill put up some of my programs if u guys want.

    real quickly tho, building mass is my main goal...i started working out at 127 lbs. started eating no less than 3500 calories a day divided into 6 meals. i first used Cytomax Gainer...500 calories each serving, twice a day before and after workout. now i make my own shakes..and just make the most out of my workouts. im the youngest guy in the gym just gritting and grunting, sometimes yelling. its all about intensity

    bump that. also, the guy i lift with only maxes at 205 on the flat and he is jacked, so i don't know how much your bench has to do with how you look. my friend overtrains like crazy which could account for the low bench, but he sure is gaining mass.

    yea i think it has a lot to do with bone structure. Some people are just naturally strong. i did crew last year after almost a year of gym training. naturally i was the strongest on the bench press but a big guy about 6'2 210 lb, on the fat side tho..not much muscle...was only 10 pounds behind my bench
