    Con-Cret

I wasn't sure where I should post this since I didn't do an official log when I started trying Con-Cret.

I'm surprised I couldn't find anything about it. It is incredible! I'm fairly new to body building, but I've really liked my response to Con-Cret. I've been taking it for about a month now. I've definitely seen an increase in how much weight I can lift, and I'm finally putting on muscle. It's great having a small container instead of some of the huge jugs that are out there.

So has anyone else tried this stuff? I'm curious what response other people have had.

I tried creatine mono before, but that's it. Like I said, I'm pretty new to all this. Mono worked ok, but I hated drinking that stuff. I just mix the Con-Cret in some grape juice, and it tastes pretty good.

So much stuff you see on the market and it is hard to believe what is real and what works. I am also tired of spending money and getting poor results. This time I did some homework and I liked what I found. I have seen it in many mags and thought I do it one more time, so I made the buy. First taste was like sucking on bitter lemon, so I called them, and asked them to explain it so I could understand-enough said...now my buddies are asking me to share and I tell them buy it. It works, it helps, its safe and I'd recommend it to anyone. Reality is , I get up the next day pain free-that's new.

    I used Con-Cret, love it.

That led me to Gluta Trēn, which is possibly the greatest supplement I have discovered since beginning lifting.

I got Peak 400 with the deal this month. I haven't cracked it. How is it? Side effects? How does it feel? How do you take/stack it?

I notice that alot of people mention that they have big gains in the gym, and not too many people go into specifics as far as mass gains. I'm new to using Creatine, and this brand is the first one I have purchased, I was just curious to hear your results from using this?

Regular ol creatine mono-hydrate works just as well at a fraction of the cost. Not worth it IMO...and I have tried it btw.

Muscle building supps: Whey/Leuicine, Creatine/Beta-Alanine, and caffeine. Heath supps: Fish oil, Multi, Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM Anything else is a waste of $$ IMO

I have probably been using this product for about 3 weeks and I like it so far.

Strength increases have been noticeable, taste is good, mixes easily.
I have been gaining some size but i'm sure that has a lot to do with the fact that i'm eating more and started hitting the gym hard after a year off.

thread revival, and false, mono works better but also has a lot more side effects, like gas, digestive issues, in a lot of people. HCL does not, myself being one of those people
