ive finished my bulk up 30lbs.im about 14% bodyfat.im cutting now ive lost 10lbs so far but i dont feel ive lost any fat whats going on when i loose another 10lbs will i notice the fat loss.because i can grab bits of fat it dosent feel like its going.ps i havent lost any strength

Have you been taking pictures? Because it is very hard to visibly see yourself losing fat if you look at yourself every day in the mirror. Take some pics today and then the same exact pics a month from now.
