ok, I just got back from the gym.
All of asudden after I was doing front raises( i was trying very hard, but doing them pretty controlled)
Then after I put the weights down, my arms like locked up. Where you forearm meets the bicep, they got stuck and felt kind of like a charly horse.
It was hard and painful to bend them straight.
It felt like when my arm bent it would get stuck, like rubber bands very tense, then the tension would go away. and the rubber bands would be loose again. but when ever I bent them, it would happen.
I never experienced anything like this.
Here are some factors, I worked my back and some biceps earlier in the day around 11am. I had alot of energy prolly due to eating alot of food today. So i decided to do shoulders around 7pm. Right before going to the gym, I had a big serving of glutamine, not measured.
Any ideas of what could of happened?
They are find right now. When I went to my car and had my pw shake, they felt better almost instantly.
