You need it! Muscles don't grow DURING workout! Protein synthesis is an ongoing process. Workout stimulates the msucle to grow. And you need to provide the building block of muscle growth ie. protein continuously!!
(LMAO : the old K would call you a moron for NOT even knowing this basic stuff lol. And you probably deserve that.
The new K is a better person LMAO . Hope you read this, hon lol)

Bump for K. Eat lots of protein on those days. My mistake starting out was i would not take in ANY protein on my non-lifting days. What a fool i was. But you know better, Right? And i was bumping K for his kind words to newbies as of late. Like me!
