    having whey on non workout days?

    i train 3 times a week and get to my required amount of protein daily by having the my whey. but on non workout days i fall short by a bit and take whey.
    i know its only best utilised after training but will stil add the extra 25g of protein i need efficiently?

    It’s not a problem. Most of us use some type of whey shake on off days. However, if you are worried about fast absorption, take with some fats (like Flax) to slow the absorption.

    I mix it with casein at a 3 casein to 1 whey ratio.

    The day next to youre workout day youre protien intake is very important. Because you are recovering and growing from youre workout without protien you won't grow much
