Hey Keto gurus another question. At 6'3" 295 lbs is 70 grams of grapejuice + 20 grams creatine +10 grams of Glutamine post-workout too much. Should this counted as total carbs for the day?
Three days into the diet & no bad breath or funky smelling urine. But could be that I have alot of stored carbs. (lol).
