Whats some good sets/reps/time or whatever plans to jumprope for cardio? Its pretty hard to go for minutes straight, so is there like HIIT stuff you can do for jumproping? Also, i dont wanna start and argument, but which is better cardio in the morning or night? Also is it cool to eat something like a bagel or some fruit in the morning then not eat lunch then eat at home? Cuz school food is expensive and nasty, if i need to i can bring chicken salad sandwiches or tuna salad sandwhiches and shiot.

windly you speak of circuit training.. its effective but also not the easiest thing to fit in your schedule. Some people like to keep things simple, and keep from looking like a crazy man in the gym.
I suggest cardio before you leave for work with a little pre-workout snack.. for me i work during the day, so i do cardio in the morning. Im just too exhausted to do cardio after a working day. i feel fine and awake during work so its not a problem. But that aside, you can do cardio whenever you have the time.. anytime.
HIIT routine:
1 minute real fast
15 seconds high knee jumping
1 minute active rest
Try alternating that for about 11 minutes youll be sucking some wind boy

Seriously, coming in the gym in jeans or khakis and a belt, and wandering from machine to machine doing a few reps of some random weight...cmon, who's the crazy one here...
I get what you're saying thoughTheoretical 1RMs - - 11/15/04 - - 02/08/05

jump rope
We have a cardio routine that we use with our wrestlers that is posted on our site at grapplersgym.com under the training center.
Its great for a good cardio workout with total body exercises in between sets
jump for 2 mins
pushups
jump for 2 mins
crunches
so on and so on
