OK guys here is the deal, I just turned 17 I am 6'2 and I weigh around 170 right now. I dont know whether I should cut or bulk, I have just trained for the last 6 months but I am not gaining any muscle because I don't think I eat enough calories because i eat enough protein and I run for 45 mins a day with a HIIT session I still have a pretty high bf % i dono what it is and i am pretty strong I guess, I can rep 165 on bench. I have a trainer that I go to 2 times a week, and I just work out by myself the other days. What should I do bulk or cut!?!

****DO NOT LIFT TO FAILURE****** stop 1-2 reps short on all exercises. Use a progresive weight increase when rep range can be completed w/out lifting to failure. Try this for a while (6-8 weeks). Take a week off and try it again. If you're eating right it will work. The Anti-HITer

dude, bulk
dude, no one seems to be telling you ****....
so, bulk, eat lots of protien(eggs, lean meat, fish/tuna, peanut buter...low carbs...low fat
your problem is that you are doing cardio everyday, don't
cardio is just like working out in a way, it cuts down muscle, when you bulk just lift, eat heathy and rest, only do cardio for and hour or less on your day off, that way you gain...
remember, lift, eat, and restAge:15
