    NEED HELP Cut or Bulk, with pics

    OK guys here is the deal, I just turned 17 I am 6'2 and I weigh around 170 right now. I dont know whether I should cut or bulk, I have just trained for the last 6 months but I am not gaining any muscle because I don't think I eat enough calories because i eat enough protein and I run for 45 mins a day with a HIIT session I still have a pretty high bf % i dono what it is and i am pretty strong I guess, I can rep 165 on bench. I have a trainer that I go to 2 times a week, and I just work out by myself the other days. What should I do bulk or cut!?!

    thanks for the input ya i am not flexing in any of these btw but i do think i need to bulk, I dono how I am going to eat that many calories, Can I just eat anything I want and when bulking should I still do cardio or no? I don't know anythign abuot bulking

    from where ur at rite now...it wouldnt take long to get pretty damn cut if u do it well...u should aim to put on some more muscle before you start to cut or u will find urself cut up in no time, but with not as much muscle as u would like

    6'2 and 170lbs you need to bulk. Im 5'7 and 170lbs and im bulking up to 180. So you should eat clean and bulk up to 190-200lbs at least

    up to you i guess....as far as how long, well, till you get big enough to suit you. I've been bulking for close to a year or so, and I'm at 185ish now (5'61/2) and I'm not planning to stop till I reach 195-200.
    You'll burn out lifting everyday...try this for bulking

    Mon
    Bench Press
    w/up good
    3 sets 5-6 reps

    ****DO NOT LIFT TO FAILURE****** stop 1-2 reps short on all exercises. Use a progresive weight increase when rep range can be completed w/out lifting to failure. Try this for a while (6-8 weeks). Take a week off and try it again. If you're eating right it will work.

    dude, no one seems to be telling you ****....


    so, bulk, eat lots of protien(eggs, lean meat, fish/tuna, peanut buter...low carbs...low fat

    your problem is that you are doing cardio everyday, don't
    cardio is just like working out in a way, it cuts down muscle, when you bulk just lift, eat heathy and rest, only do cardio for and hour or less on your day off, that way you gain...

    remember, lift, eat, and rest

    cardio off season actually helps alot with keeping off the excess bodyfat... this kid is fat aswell, he isn't lean... he has hips like a 40 year old woman.... low fat and low carb while bulking??? bitch please... you have no idea....
