Hey, now that summer vacation's here i have some more time to refine my bodybuilding. During the schoolyear (for about three years now) i did a normal 7 day split for 40 minutes to an hour a day total. I always did multiple sets (about 20 ) similar to the pyramid principle only with 1 minute of rest in between. i Always eat clean with 2500-3000 calories a day through 7 meals. However i never take supplements. It's worked well for me (im 15 and im already 190, 12% bodyfat).
Well the problem is, in the summers, i have alot more time and i wanna take advantage of it. my current routine is like this
MON Morning-Delts, Forearms Night-Triceps
Tue Morning-Back Night-Biceps
Wed Morning-Legs Night-Chest
Thurs Rest, Cardio, whatever
Fri Morning-Triceps Forearms Night- Delts
Sat Morning-Back Night Biceps
Sun Morning-Chest Night Legs
I do this to enhance my metabolism at night when im asleep.
So I was wondering should i workout a total of 1 hour a day? or an hour per session or something completely different or what? And the calorie thing hasnt been a problem for me but alot of people like to diet during the summer and i diet year round, so should i eat more? less?
thanks
