What is the best protein bar?

I recently started buying protein bars at the store, I am wondering which is the best protein bar out there. I don't really care about taste, I am just interested in highest amount of protein to carb and fat ratio. Anyone have any recommendations, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

ABB's Steel Bars are my favorite. I know you don't care about taste but the cookies & cream would change your mind. I think there's about 16g of protein in there.

    best is subjective.

I dont like any of the low carb bars because they are loaded with sugar alcohols. Which are getting harder to avoid because everyone is atkins crazy. eating huge amounts of malitol, which is the main one used, is not good for your digestive system and probably not healthy in the long run.

I see bars a treat with protein, so taste is most important followed by nutrition.

another issue I have with most of these bars, especially EAS, is that they use soy isolate which has phytoestrogens, something that men dont really need.
