The value of Visual training
If i see myself as a 250 rock hard bodybuilder with 22 inch arms then it only a matter of time before my body catches up with my state of mind.
WTF What's with that....This aint sissy squats. Go down below parallel.
Where I came from: 225lbs, 13"bis, 42"waist, 5'10"
Where I'm going to: 250-300lbs, 23-24"bis, 28-32"waist 6'2"
Right there smack in the middle. Not far from my hopes and dreams

Could someone post a picture of where you pinch or something. I get differences of 2-3% depending where I take it. I didnt find the manual that came with the calipers very helpfulCutting!
Started at 235. Now I'm around 200 and on my way to 190.

I use the Acumeasure calipers but don't use the chart.
I only track the actual mm reading I get.
It will be cool to one day say I have single digit body fat as long as the reading is going down I'm happy. The actual %bf doesn't really mean much to me."Pain is a state of MIND -
- Mass is a state of BEING"
This one is my own.
