i just made myself a drink with like 4 Tbs of olive oil 1/3 cup lemon juice and iono 1 cup of water.... this sound like an ok drink just to have during the day?

That's a lot of Olive oil. How would you emulsify it in the water?

i dont know... it didn't really lol i was just wondering if it had any nutritional benefits to me

Olive oil is good for you, but 4 tbsps is too much, and I have no idea how you can even drink that.

i drink my olive oil from a spoon that i pour it on because otherwise i pour the olive oil on 2 pieces of bread which awre on top of my eggwhites and eat it like that.
