What's the difference between ephedra and the stuff you can legally buy, ephedrine hcl? Is one more effective than the other? Thanks for the input

Ephedra is derived from the herb ma huang. ephedrine is a synthetic version of ephedra; ephedrine hcl. ephedrine hcl is used as a breathing medication for asthema patients. sometimes inhalers just aren't enough and ephedrine hcl pills are usually prescribed.
- Ephedrine is standardized and you can get pharmaceutical quality products. these are a lot more potent and sometimes cheaper.
- Ephedra derived from ma huang can be a throw up due to a number of reasons; freshness; harvesting issues.... etcMotivation + Goals + Circumstance = Success

I've tried both and Ephedrine HCL works much better for me. I've always found the herbal stuff to be crap.

Started at 235. Now I'm around 200 and on my way to 190.
