When I first started to lose weight, earlier this year, I was pretty much in starvation mode (didnt know much about nutrition, etc)...after losing like 20ish pounds, i found this site, and have just recently started eating healthy, multiple meals a day, etc. My only problem is, I cant seem to reach the 'healthy' amount of calories.. this is what I ate today (so far).
Breakfast: 1/3 Cup Oats, 1/2 Cup Skim Milk, 1 Scoop ON Whey, < teaspoon nat peanut butter
Meal 2: 3 Large spoonfuls of fat free cream cheese, sugar free jello (blended into a smoothie type thing)
Meal 3: Grilled chicken breast on whole wheat, lettuce, onion, celery
Meal 4: 1/2 Cup skim milk, 1 Scoop ON Whey
Snack in between 4 and 5: 2 pieces of beef jerky
Dinner: Havent had yet, will be meats/vegetables though
This doesnt nearly reach 1800 calories, and I cant figure out how to eat more, plus Im usually not hungry when I do eat =/
Any advice?

meals should be at least 300 calories. your meal #2 is horrible, i want to ask if you're joking. seriously, if you were overweight before i'm sure you won't have trouble upping your cals. just eat good foods, it's no big deal. don't be afraid to eat good foods, they're good for you.
i don't want a sig

Just eat more healthy foods, keep adding more until your happy with the results. There are plenty of posts on here with food ideas.
