Take a look at these and tell me what you think my bodyfat is?? I started cutting the day after these pics were taken. I'm 5'7" tall, weighed 176.5 in those pics and i'm 24 years old. Thanks for the help!

I have no idea about your BF, but I am built a lot like you and was also curious about my BF, so your post is useful to me. I'm 5'9" and about 162 lb right now. (Down from 192). How long have you been working out? Your looking good and solid, keep it up bro..!

Tell you what, get someone in your gym to measure it, they must have callipers that's the most accurate way of measuring (apart from underwater weighing, but unless you got a lab).
